Premios de Investigación de la Academia Mexicana de Ciencias

Instituidos en 1961, los Premios de Investigación son considerados como la distinción más importante que otorga la AMC, este premio favorece a jóvenes investigadores que no hayan cumplido, en el caso de los hombres 40 años y para las mujeres 43 años de acuerdo con la convocatoria y que realicen investigación de punta en las áreas de ciencias exactas, naturales, sociales, humanidades, ingeniería y tecnología.

Premio Jorge Lomnitz Adler

El Premio "Jorge Lomnitz Adler" en Dinámica No-Lineal fue instaurado en 1996, por acuerdo común del Instituto de Física de la UNAM y la Academia Mexicana de Ciencias con el objetivo de distinguir las aportaciones notables de científicos nacionales al moderno campo de la Dinámica No-Lineal. El premio se otorga anualmente y consiste en un diploma y una aportación monetaria.
